Responsibilities
- Performs advanced CNC machining related to forming and shaping of dispenser cathode emitting surfaces and bodies while holding tolerances, such as, +0 -.002 and operating multiple machines.
- Performs basic machine maintenance and trouble shooting.
Requirements
- Must have CNC machining experience. (Hardinge talent 42 (Live tooling), Mori Seki, Hardinge Super precision & Okuma 3000 LB (Live tooling)
- Works under minimal supervision based on task proficiency.
- Follow all plant safety rules and regulations, wear PPE as required per procedures.
- Required: (Basic Qualifications):
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings, follow routers, use math to perform basic calculations, and use basic handheld measuring tools.
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
- Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
- Must run 2 machines.

- Fluent in G & M Codes (Fanuc Controls)
- CNC Lathes & Mill Lathes
- Responsible for quality checks - AQL every 25ps
- Perform set ups

Compensation
- The starting rate of pay for this position is $30.60.
- The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
