About the role

In collaboration with the Vice President of Grid Modernization, the Director provides strategic leadership and mentorship to the Grid Modernization team, driving performance and continuous improvement.
To respond to client and project needs effectively, roles and responsibilities will vary and may include additional responsibilities not listed.
Skills and Experience Extensive experience in a consulting or professional services environment, focusing on growth, customer relationship management, and service innovation.

Provide trusted advisor services for complex system integration projects, leading strategic conversations with clients to shape future-state application design, business processes, and data structures, and guide their organization toward its long-term goals.
Collaborate with sales and project teams to promote knowledge sharing, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth in existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing strategic guidance, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Support business development efforts by actively networking, pursuing new client relationships, and participating in industry events.

You are not required to report into a Mosaic office
Ten plus years of experience with complex control system design, development, and deployment.
Experience with ABB, OSI, GE, or Schneider Electric systems and tools.
