Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate data insights about performance for members, groups, and clients to the necessary product and clinical changes to optimize for outcomes
- Develop metrics and set targets and thresholds using benchmark data
- Engage with stakeholders to identify analytic questions and develop/test hypotheses related to outcomes drivers
Requirements
- Familiarity with national quality frameworks and measurement standards (e.g., HEDIS, NCQA, CMS quality programs)
- Develop early warning insights and analytics from end-to-end, including advising on required data sources and developing metrics, benchmarks, and reporting

Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $215,000 - $235,000.
