Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
Use ATS (Greenhouse) to track candidates and maintain thorough documentation.
Build relationships with colleges and universities, organize and attend career fairs, and engage in community outreach to expand the talent pool.
Our process begins with observations from which we design a comprehensive plan.
It continues on as we teach our clients and their circle of support how to obtain positive, sustainable outcomes.
This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you will manage every aspect of the hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably full-cycle recruiting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a passion for building strong teams.

Strong knowledge of HR regulations and employment law (HR Certification a plus).
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and Google Workspace.
Proficient with Greenhouse Onboarding (Preferred)
