About the role

We are seeking a diligent, team-oriented Associate to play a key role in all phases of mass tort litigation.
This individual will work closely with experienced trial lawyers on high-impact cases that make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
This role offers significant hands-on responsibility, exposure to complex litigation strategy, and the opportunity to contribute to large-scale, coordinated proceedings from early case development through trial.

Evaluate and develop claims on behalf of injured clients, including factual and legal analysis
Manage written discovery and large-scale document review processes
Collaborate with co-counsel and national litigation teams in multidistrict and coordinated proceedings

3-5 years of experience in complex litigation
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active U.S. bar license in good standing (Illinois, D.C., or Florida preferred, depending on office location)
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Experience in mass torts, product liability, or personal injury litigation
Familiarity with multidistrict litigation (MDL), class actions, or other complex civil litigation
Exposure to expert witness development and coordination
