About the role
- This position is responsible for managing the operational infrastructure of the department, including project workflows, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and performance reporting.
- Experience Five or more years of professional experience in marketing operations, project management, or creative services coordination, preferably within healthcare.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Support a wide array of operational and strategic functions that are vital to the organization's success, including:
- Manage project intake, prioritization, and workflow systems to support cross-functional marketing and communications initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure initiatives stay on track and within scope.
- Lead project status updates, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs across multiple initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving bottlenecks to maintain momentum and deadlines.
- Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement through post-project evaluations and process optimization.
- Own the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and project management best practices.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana)
- Experience with budget tracking, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; creative thinking and problem-solving abilities; budget management experience; and strong project management skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Compensation
- Hourly Evening Shift Differential: $3.62
- Hourly Night Shift Differential: $5.42
