Responsibilities

  • Track biospecimens across platforms and performs biospecimen data entry
  • Performs tasks that require familiarity with fundamental laboratory techniques and equipment, such as weighing tissue samples, evaluating specimens for deviations, handling biospecimens, and the storage of biospecimens
  • Perform routine quality control on biospecimen inventory and data in the LIMS, specimen associations to patients in platforms, biospecimen documentation, and other biospecimen tracking

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED Required
  • Provide required metrics for reports as needed
  • At least two (2) years of clinical or research related experience Required
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheet, software (Microsoft Excel)
  • Basic proficiency in laboratory safety and best practices, including specimen handling
  • Basic proficiency with laboratory information management systems [LIMS] preferred (Preferred proficiency)

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Associate's Degree Preferred

Compensation

  • $53,000.00 - $66,300.00 Annually
  • Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs.
  • If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
