About the role

As chemists ourselves, we know what it's like when software doesn't work the way you do - stuck with systems built by people who never spent a day at the bench.
Experience working with modern data infrastructure, developer tools, SDKs, and extensibility platforms; familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

Drive platform strategy with both near-term value and long-term scalability in mind, articulating and communicating tradeoffs clearly to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
Align the platform roadmap with company objectives by working closely with other Product Managers, Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation teams to prioritize opportunities and manage tradeoffs.
Drive infrastructure cost efficiency and sustainable economics including maximizing platform reuse and standardization across Albert's product surface.
Lead go-to-market readiness for major platform launches, communicating priorities, feature releases, and change management across the company and partnering with customer-facing teams to drive successful rollouts and adoption.
Build and evolve the product management capability within the Platform organization, creating durable practices - roadmap planning, backlog management, cross-functional coordination - that scale with the business.
Strong technical foundation - comfortable working across APIs, backend systems, security platforms, and Identity and Access Management; able to partner credibly with senior engineering leaders and make informed platform tradeoffs.
Key competencies Systems Thinking: Ability to visualize and design how platform components - identity, security, integrations, data substrate - connect and create compounding value across Albert's entire product surface.
Leadership: Ability to define the direction of a major functional area, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive large-scale platform initiatives to completion with influence rather than authority.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across engineering, security, infrastructure, compliance, and go-to-market teams toward shared outcomes.
Experience with AI-driven development practices and processes Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams

Previous management experience is a plus.
