Responsibilities
- Coordinate workflow and task sequencing to optimize productivity
- Perform advanced, non-standard, and multi-trade troubleshooting, including HVAC, electrical, structural problems, complex leaks or damage
- Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
- Assist peers in developing diagnostic skills and may perform Fleet Technician functions when necessary
- Maintain a service vehicle in a clean and professional manner

- The Mobile Storage Shop Foreman leads daily shop operations for mobile storage equipment by planning and directing technician workflow, overseeing advanced diagnostics and repairs, and ensuring safe, efficient use of people, equipment, and materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
- Advanced knowledge of the rental cycle
- Working knowledge of company computer systems
- Working knowledge of schematics and diagrams
- Knowledge of mobile storage equipment
- Requires the ability to compile and communicate information accurately
- Ability to coach and mentor Fleet Technicians on advanced technical skills
Nice to have
- Manufacturer-sponsored training a plus
- Trade school training preferred
