Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company Join BILL as a Staff Technical Delivery Manager on our Engineering Enablement team.

Own end-to-end execution of high-priority programs across engineering orgs, including infrastructure releases, cross-functional product launches, compliance-driven delivery cycles, and programs where diffuse ownership creates coordination risk.
Maintain a current view of program status, milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks across active initiatives
surface blockers early and drive resolution before they affect timelines.
Build and maintain operating cadences including planning cycles, program reviews, and status reporting with a bias toward signal over noise.
Ability to influence without authority across engineering, product, and finance, building credibility through follow-through and precision.
Maintain a current view of program status, milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks across active initiatives; surface blockers early and drive resolution before they affect timelines.

Experience at a scaling fintech or SaaS company where pace and ambiguity are the norm.
Familiarity with payments infrastructure, platform engineering, or AI and ML development cycles.
Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Background in software engineering, particularly candidates who have grown toward program or product leadership over time.
Demonstrated use of AI tooling to reduce operational overhead while maintaining program fidelity.
