Responsibilities
- Administer daily IT operations, ensuring robust support infrastructure for a dynamic organization.
- Optimize configurations and maintain system updates to minimize organizational risk.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, adapting swiftly to evolving business needs.
- Provide comprehensive SaaS application administration and support.
- Resolve user issues efficiently using ticketing tools and providing outstanding hardware and operating system support.
Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in an IT Help Desk role or a similar capacity.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting acumen.
- Experience in SaaS application administration.
- Proficiency in assisting users through ticketing systems.
Nice to have
- Previous work in a startup or fast-paced environment is an asset.
- Experience with videoconferencing support.
- Knowledge in asset management and tracking.

Compensation
- The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US$64,800 to $81,000 annually for US-based employees.

- In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant.
