- This position may be filled as an Engineering Technology III or one level higher as a Senior Engineering Technologist dependent upon the selected candidate's experience.
- Engineering Technologist III provide technical expertise to solve more complex problems and leadership skills to provide oversight and direction of work in a specific area of expertise, with limited supervision.
- Incumbents are expected to develop advanced skills and the ability to work with a high degree of independence.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology
- Reliable, consistent transportation is required to ensure timely arrival at the applicable facility.
