Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in strategic roadmap development, defining long‑term, multi‑year product roadmaps aligned with enterprise goals.
  • 3 or more years of experience influencing senior stakeholders, governing product strategy, and ensuring solutions scale, integrate, and comply with regulatory and operational standards.

Nice to have

  • 5 or more years of experience deploying laboratory information systems.
  • Additional Job Standards
  • Travel as needed (5%).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Compensation

  • $90,000-$150,000

Benefits

  • Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
