About the role
- Candidates considered for this role will be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- There will be an in-office requirement of 3x a week.

Responsibilities

- A track record of recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining strong engineers, and of building healthy, motivated teams.
- Proven ability to deliver complex platform or backend projects, managing scope, risk, and stakeholders across teams.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and external partners to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Compensation
- The total annual salary for this full-time position in this location is $243,000-$364,000 + equity + benefits.
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
- Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
