Compensation
- $76,100-104,600 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.

Location: St. Louis Market What You Will Do As a Controls Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of building automation and controls projects. You will coordinate on-site project activities, partner closely with internal teams and external contractors, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys being on site, collaborating across teams, and driving projects forward while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. How You Will Do It Coordinate and oversee day-to-day on-site project activities related to controls installations and upgrades Supervise and coordinate specified project efforts, ensuring alignment with project plans and objectives Work closely with other contractors, trades, and site stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements Partner with the project team to develop project objectives, scope clarity, and execution plans Manage project schedules and sequencing of activities to support on-time delivery Monitor progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to the project team Support adherence to healthcare facility protocols, safety standards, and operational requirements Foster a collaborative, professional, and safety-focused on-site environment What We Look For Required Qualifications University degree or an Equivalent relevant work experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination, site supervision, controls, construction, or a related technical field Experience working on active job sites, coordinating multiple stakeholders and contractors Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and competing priorities Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting projects in healthcare, mission-critical, or highly regulated environments Familiarity with building automation systems, controls, or HVAC-related projects Demonstrated ability to lead on-site activities while maintaining a customer-focused mindset What We Offer At Johnson Controls, you'll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that help create smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings.
