Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure seamless patient journeys
  • Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule and caseload

Requirements

  • Active HIS license in CA, MN, NY, PA, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable home internet: hardwired connection required (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
  • You'll work with patients who are motivated, matched to the right technology, and supported by a team that handles the logistics so you can focus on what you're passionate about: helping people hear well to live well.

Compensation

  • Total target earnings of $100,000 to $120,000 (base salary + monthly performance bonuses)
