Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage several residential reroofing projects simultaneously, from initial loading of materials to final completion.
- Directly manage crews assigning responsibilities and jobs to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
- Maintain strict quality assurance standards, identifying potential issues proactively to prevent complications.
Requirements
- This high-level position requires extensive experience in running and managing multiple commercial roofing crews and a comprehensive knowledge of all roofing products and quality assurance protocols.
- Proven background in reroofing environments is mandatory.
- Must be proficient in working with a wide array of roofing materials and systems, including tile, TPO, PVC, standing seam flashing, and asphalt.
- Must be a "headstrong" leader with the ability to manage and motivate large teams effectively.
Compensation
- A competitive salary of $85,000-$90,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses distributed biannually (with potential for monthly payouts)
