About the role

As our first-ever Sourcing Manager, you'll be the first person most of our experts ever meet, aka the front door to the Expert Network.
You and our two Talent Managers work as a relay: you spark the relationship; a talent manager takes it from engagement to impact.
You're the start of every expert's journey with Rippleworks and the owner of our comms & convenings across networks.

Our Expert Engagement team sources, recruits, prepares, and coaches particular executives from around the globe to partner with our portfolio of ventures in a suite of opportunities.
In return, these experts learn about new markets & industries, create and or deepen their experiences in social impact, have a lot of fun and sometimes will even work with their venture long-term.
