About the role

We are seeking several junior litigation contract attorneys to assist in the defense of a federal litigation matter.
This engagement is anticipated to last at least one year, with the possibility of continuing retention.
We anticipate 20-40 hours per week, flexible depending on the attorney's existing commitments and case scheduling.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an aggressive litigation strategy, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
A Substantive Writing Sample: A non-confidential litigation document authored by the applicant (e.g., a Motion for Summary Judgment, a major brief, or a complex discovery motion) that demonstrates your analytical depth and advocacy skills.

Requirements

0-5 years of litigation experience.

Nice to have

Knowledge, experience, and/or aptitude to delve deep into complex technology matters and intellectual property disputes.
Expertise in Complex Business Litigation a Plus: Knowledge, experience, and/or aptitude to delve deep into complex technology matters and intellectual property disputes.
