About the role

  • About the Opportunity The Department of Public Health and Health Sciences in the Bouvé College of Health Sciences of Northeastern University is urgently hiring in-person part-time lecturers for the Fall 2 6 term on the Boston campus.
  • Fall Term: Full Semester Classes: 9/9/ 2026 - 12/20/ 2026 Grades Due: 12/22/2026 by 2:00PM EST Courses Available: PHTH 2515.
  • Tuesday and Friday 1:35pm-3:15pm IN-PERSON ONLY This course focuses on management and policy issues in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • include: Preparing syllabi, lectures, course materials, all examinations including a final exam, and evaluations of student performance in the course; Developing and implementing materials for lectures for in-person or online/hybrid courses.

Requirements

  • Please provide a CV/resume and a cover letter that includes description of qualifications and indicates which course you are prepared to teach.
  • Applicants should have at least a Masters in an appropriate field. Doctoral degrees and teaching experience are preferred.
