About the role
- As a Customer Success Engineer Intern, you will bridge the gap between our autonomous product and live human execution.
- Client Onboarding & Training: Conduct live, hands-on training sessions for client data analysts, supply chain teams, and revenue managers to show them how to "chat with data" and leverage our live data stories.

- Developing simple dashboards to track case status and identify process bottlenecks
- This is a supervised, non-legal support role.
- Our employer partners will decide who to interview and select the final candidates for the internship program.
Requirements

- A self-starter mindset, with the ability to build processes rather than wait for direction
- Additional Details:
- Pay Range: $15/hr
- Schedule: 40-hour week: typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
- Length of Internship: 3 months with the potential to convert to a full-time opportunity based on employer demand
Nice to have
- Strong problem-solving instincts and eagerness to learn quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic analytical ability, including the capacity to interpret operational data
- Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, case management or CRM platforms (e.g., Filevine, CASEpeer, Clio, Litify, Smokeball, HubSpot, or similar)
- Genuine interest in legal technology, automation, and process improvement
- Comfort using AI tools and large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to improve efficiency
- Trustworthiness with confidential information and a strong commitment to client privacy
Skills
- Evaluating new AI tools and reporting findings and recommendations to the team
Compensation
- Pay Range: $15/hr
