About the role
- The Cash Platform team is part of Stripe's Money Movement Services Platform.
Responsibilities
- You'll work closely with engineering teams across Cash Platform and Money Movement Services, cross-functional partners spanning Legal, Treasury, Financial Crimes, and Sales, and senior stakeholders inside and outside Stripe.
- You'll define the strategy and roadmap for Stripe's FX and cross-border payout products, drive cost optimization and routing decisions at scale, and help shape the path toward monetizing Stripe's in-house banking infrastructure for users globally.
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Cash Platform, balancing near-term cost and performance optimization with longer-term platform monetization opportunities
- Drive API design and technical decisions in close partnership with engineering leads, ensuring our infrastructure is both best-in-class and commercially oriented
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Money Movement, Sales, and partner teams to accelerate delivery and adoption of FX and payout products
- Engage with senior customer and internal stakeholders to communicate roadmap direction, surface requirements, and build alignment
- Own decisions directly impacting the revenue and cost profile of Stripe's money movement business
- You radiate intent-partners, stakeholders, and leaders know where you stand, what's blocked, and what's coming next
- Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss.

- 5+ years of product management experience
Compensation
- The annual US base salary range for this role is $178,600 - $268,000.
- For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
