About the role
- This includes explaining medical bills, verifying insurance coverage, setting up payment plans, and guiding patients through financial assistance programs.
- Days: Monday through Friday Hours: 8am to 5pm Pay Range: dependent upon experience.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in a customer service role, with the ability to handle high-volume patient interactions across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment
- 1-2 years of experience in patient financial services, healthcare billing, insurance verification, or a related field required.
- Knowledge of medical billing, insurance claims processing, and financial assistance programs
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and other healthcare laws and regulations
Compensation
- Automatic 6% salary deferral upon employment
