Responsibilities
- Assist the Receivables team in training and development, performs advanced research and handles high priority items.
- You'll support the capture of remittance information to create output files and reporting for internal and external clients.
- One of your key responsibilities is to support a team of Receivables Processors to ensure the operational functions are completed within SLAs while maintaining accuracy goals.
- You'll serve as the subject matter expert in one or more of the receivables areas and will provide operational monitoring, research assistance, and bank wide support.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations or similar field.
- High school diploma required.
- Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Compensation
- Hourly range for new hires is generally $21.82 - $26.95 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
