About the role

  • Who You Are The Group Director - North America (Central Region) is responsible for leading and scaling Ontic's enterprise sales execution across the Central United States.
  • Reporting to the CRO, this role carries full regional revenue accountability and direct leadership responsibility for five Enterprise Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver regional revenue targets across new logo and expansion business.
  • Drive consistent execution of enterprise sales methodology across a team of five Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with the SVP of Sales to establish metrics, performance standards, and best practices that enable scalable growth.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize regional demand generation and field engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants, Customer Success, and Product to strengthen deal strategy and customer outcomes.
  • Leadership and Team Building
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of five Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Provide mentorship and structure to develop team capability, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to represent Ontic to C-level audiences and partners.
