About the role
- As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in helping us connect with exceptional talent.
- As you grow in the role, you'll have opportunities to participate in candidate screening, interviewing, and full-cycle recruiting activities.
- Note that while we specialize in healthcare and regulated industries, not all our projects are in these fields, so you may work across different domains from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of new employees in person, as needed
- Build our pipeline of ideal candidates through a combination of direct sourcing, i.e. CRM campaigns, LinkedIn, etc. or through inbound applicants
- Build foundational fluency in the technical roles we hire for, so candidate conversations are credible and screening decisions are sound

Skills
- Update systems/internal databases with new information daily
- Schedule interviews end-to-end - coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Help coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires (contracts, equipment, first-day setup) alongside the operations team
- And other related duties
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
