About the role
- This individual will be highly organized, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and be motivated to take ownership of their site's accuracy and efficiency.
- This role is full-time and may at times include demanding hours.
- This position requires prior supervisor or manager-level experience in warehouse and/or distribution logistics.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations across inbound and outbound logistics
- Drive operational excellence by improving efficiency, accuracy, and execution across the site
- Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and associates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Own and improve key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, service quality, and DOTIF performance
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable operational solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline systems and optimize workflows
- Build strong relationships with vendors, transportation partners, and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or distribution operations
- Experience managing teams of 30+ employees in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, staffing, and operational performance metrics
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving business priorities in a high-growth startup environment
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, WMS, or other operational systems
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
- A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with the ability to lead by example
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
- Monday-Friday onsite availability
