Responsibilities

  • Lead AI-Driven Innovation: Develop a strong, opinionated perspective on how Agentic AI should be applied to enterprise networks, translating that into impactful product capabilities.
  • Own the Product Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end product management-from ideation through launch and continuous iteration.
  • Lead a Global Product Organization: Oversee and mentor a distributed product team across the North America and Beijing, driving alignment, collaboration, and high-quality execution.
  • Drive B2B Product Excellence: Build products that address complex enterprise needs, with a deep understanding of B2B buying cycles, stakeholders, and value realization.
  • Customer-Centric Leadership: Translate customer insights into scalable, intuitive solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive product delivery.
  • Market Insight & Strategy: Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, enterprise networking trends, and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Develop a strong, opinionated perspective on how Agentic AI should be applied to enterprise networks, translating that into impactful product capabilities.

Requirements

  • B2B Product Leadership: Proven experience leading product management in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Enterprise Networking Expertise: Strong background in enterprise computer networking (e.g., network operations, infrastructure, observability, or automation).
  • Global Leadership Capability: Experience leading distributed teams across geographies, with the ability to align teams across cultures and time zones.
  • This role is ideal for a product leader with deep expertise in enterprise networking and a strong, forward-looking point of view on how AI will transform network operations.

  • Strategic & Conceptual Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear product direction and long-term vision.
  • Opinionated & Decisive: Brings strong product instincts and is confident forming and defending strategic perspectives.
  • Intuitive Problem Solver: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and identifying non-obvious solutions to complex challenges.
  • Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.
  • Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.

Compensation

  • Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.

Benefits

  • For this role, the estimated base is $210,000 CAD - $260,000 CAD + Bonus.
