About the role
- We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our Operations team and help scale our people processes as we grow.
- This is a hands-on, generalist role for someone who enjoys both the operational rigor of process and compliance work and the human side of supporting employees day to day.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors across multiple jurisdictions (US, Ireland, and international contractor markets)
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and ensure records are current and audit-ready
- Manage and own recruiting operations: job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
- Draft and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, policy documents, and handbooks
- Support DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) processes and other data privacy obligations related to employee data
- Partner with managers on performance processes, employee relations matters, and policy questions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles, ideally at a SaaS or tech company
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Strong understanding of employment compliance basics (EEO, GDPR, local labor law)
- Experience with workforce analytics or device/MDM management coordination
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
