About the role
- Position Details: - Pay Rate: Depending on experience Eligible for 10% shift differential due to working Swing Shift. - Shift Details: Full-time (40 hrs/wk) EVERY Sunday - Thursday (2:30pm - 11:00pm).
- This includes frequent computer, phone, and cable set-up and use. - Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transport, pull, and push equipment.
- Will also work on hands and knees and bend to set-up, troubleshoot, lift, and carry supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed to meet the needs of the department
- Essential Functions
- Operates and maintains assigned equipment according to established procedures
- Performs general housekeeping duties as assigned.
Nice to have
- Demonstrated communication skills to include differentiating color-coded labels and/or chemicals as well as following written and/or verbal directions.
- Demonstrated professional floor care experience. (Preferred)
- Provides maintenance to hard surface floors by stripping, buffing, burnishing, scrubbing, and re-finishing according to procedure.
- Provides maintenance to carpeted floors by vacuuming, extracting, and performing spot removal.
- Uses cleaning and floor chemicals properly according to Joint Commission and OSHA standards.
- Handles equipment maintenance needs including reporting problems with equipment and facility timely and appropriately.
