Responsibilities
- West Broad Roundabout - Design of a complex five-legged, multi-lane roundabout on a state route, with construction scheduled to begin this year
- Lead the technical delivery of roadway design projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry and client standards
- Mentor and develop engineers, helping build technical expertise across the Georgia roadway team
- Guide project teams in selecting appropriate design approaches, analyses, software tools, and engineering solutions
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership to deliver successful outcomes for clients and communities
- Support the continued growth and advancement of our roadway practice through innovation, technical excellence, and thought leadership

Requirements
- All recruiting activity must be coordinated and authorized through the Benesch Talent Acquisition team.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience with GDOT projects preferred
- Proficiency in MicroStation; Open Roads Designer experience strongly preferred
