About the role
- The Project Manager Scheduler is responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance, safety, and longevity of equipment and facilities.
- Primary Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate routine inspections, maintenance and corrective maintenance activities across facilities to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, schedules, work orders, and asset histories.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate maintenance services.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Support the Facilities Manager in administrative tasks and documentation and other task assigned.
Requirements
- TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
- Proven experience in facilities or maintenance administration.
- Proficiency in scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance planning and coordination.
- Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to maintenance.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Nice to have
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar professional certification.
- Master Electrician, HVAC, or plumbing licensure.
- Proficiency in CMMS or other scheduling software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Compensation
- Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
