Requirements
- DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certification is required
- Illinois Medicaid Program Advanced Cloud Technology (IMPACT) certification is required
- Experience with Web and mobile technologies
- All applicants must have unrestricted and independent authorization to work at Delfina.
- Strong communication and conversational skills
Nice to have
- Fluency in English is a requirement, additional fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
- Telehealth experience is a plus
Compensation
- $30-35 USD per hour
- The compensation range for this contract position represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training.
- Candidates who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted compensation range.

- The Delfina Doula will act as a virtual health coach to support pregnant patients and new moms throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.
