Responsibilities
- Lead key OEM customer programs and serve as the primary technical interface between the customer, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to seamlessly integrate R&D outputs into manufacturable and scalable solutions.
- Spearhead process and product optimization efforts, including DOE (Design of Experiments) design and comprehensive failure analysis to scale technology from the lab to prototype.
- Develop and manage the technical roadmap for next-generation battery platforms, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business strategy.
- This pivotal leadership role will integrate R&D, product requirements, and OEM customer needs to deliver validated battery component and system-level innovations.
