- Position Overview The Learning & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for delivering and continuously improving the onboarding and learning experience across BGBx.
Responsibilities
- Manage the enterprise onboarding experience across BGBx.
- Lead the end-to-end preboarding and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and new hires throughout the onboarding experience.
- Maintain and continuously improve onboarding standards, processes, resources, tools, and communications.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure onboarding content reflects current organizational priorities, business objectives, structure, and operating practices.
- Implement enhancements that improve the new hire experience and accelerate speed to productivity.
- Lead cross-functional onboarding initiatives that create consistency across Communications and Consulting while supporting each business's unique needs.
- Manage and continuously evolve START Class, the cornerstone of the BGBx onboarding experience.
- Manage schedules, logistics, enrollment, and onboarding communications.
- Maintain a network of onboarding facilitators across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience partnering across business units and functional teams.
- Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, learning and development, talent management, employee experience, human resources, or a related field.
- Experience managing or coordinating employee programs, learning initiatives, or development activities.
- Experience designing, developing, or enhancing onboarding and learning curriculum
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience in a professional services, consulting, agency, healthcare communications, or other fast-paced environment preferred.

- Successfully administer and enhance the enterprise onboarding framework.
Compensation
- $70,000 - $90,000
- BGBx is headquartered in New York City, and the salary range listed reflects the expected base compensation for this role in the New York metropolitan area.
- For candidates located outside the New York City area, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market for the employee's primary work location.
- Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

- Working closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and subject matter experts, the Learning & Onboarding Specialist helps employees connect to our culture, understand our business, and continue their professional development throughout their career journey.
