Report work progress and advise management when the contractor fails to perform work as per plans and specifications.

Perform observations of materials required for examination or analysis by laboratories

When working on an active construction site, may work in rough or uneven terrain.
Frequent walking, standing, and sitting.
Occasional climbing, bending/crouching.
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
College degree preferred in engineering, construction management, or related field.
Knowledge of construction inspection principles and practices.
Experience in a Mechanical and Process Piping role.

The noise level may be loud, with frequent exposure to heavy machinery, power tools, and other construction-related equipment.
In this setting, personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
