About the role

  • The Emergency Department at Munson Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center, Regional Referral Center, Certified Stroke Center, Certified Chest Pain Center, with a dedicated behavioral health wing.
  • The Emergency Department is 43 beds to provide care for northern Michigan.
  • The role utilizes clinical knowledge to assist with patient needs and allows for professional development in areas of clinical skills, communication, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • This role supports the Emergency Department in patient care tasks, patient interactions, supply stocking, transportation of patients, and assisting with procedures.
  • Maintains BCLS certification.
