Responsibilities

Requirements
- You can turn a complex product workflow into training content people can actually use, in writing and in person.
- You have an AI-first mindset and you're curious about how to use it to make training smarter.
- You have a genuine interest in ranching and agtech.
Skills
- Familiarity with adult learning principles.
- Comfort using data to spot where knowledge gaps are showing up.
- Experience in or exposure to agtech, farming, or complex technical products.
