About the role
- What extra ingredients you will bring: 7-10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Planning roles with a strong digital/technology transformation focus.
- Experience leading digital adoption and change management in a manufacturing or logistics environment.

Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering,
- Working knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, or related modules such as PP, MM, WM, TM) and its role in enabling digital supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills. ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Nice to have
- Master's degree (MBA, M.Eng., or M.Sc.) in a relevant discipline
- Certifications in one or more of the following:
- SAP (S/4HANA, Supply Chain modules) Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) Agile/Scrum (CSM, SAFe) Industry 4.0 / Digital Manufacturing certifications
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization and digital performance management tools Experience working in a matrixed, global organization (CPG/FMCG industry preferred)

- The expected base salary range for this position is $112,900 to $141,150 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
- In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program.
