Responsibilities

  • You will provide high-level operational and administrative support to the Assistant Director and the Director of BYU First-Year Foundations.
  • You will manage the logistics of the course and assist in the refinement of course curriculum, program management, and faculty training.
  • Lead the complex semesterly puzzle of scheduling classrooms for all sections of UNIV 101
  • Utilize university systems to manage course data, track faculty assignments, and schedule rooms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of office management or administrative assistant experience in a high pressure environment.
