Responsibilities
- You will provide high-level operational and administrative support to the Assistant Director and the Director of BYU First-Year Foundations.
- You will manage the logistics of the course and assist in the refinement of course curriculum, program management, and faculty training.
- Lead the complex semesterly puzzle of scheduling classrooms for all sections of UNIV 101
- Utilize university systems to manage course data, track faculty assignments, and schedule rooms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of office management or administrative assistant experience in a high pressure environment.
