Responsibilities

  • Leveraging data and insights, including UX research, you'll help analyze, build, and optimize solutions that improve user experience and meet accessibility and usability standards.
  • You'll collaborate closely with other Technology teams and business partners to deliver integrated, scalable solutions and explore new technology approaches.
  • As you grow in the role, you'll begin to influence solution design decisions, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or direct and applicable work experience.
  • Less than 1 year software development experience OR demonstrated success at an associate level.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developer concepts/tools.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (ex.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems - Windows, Unix, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience with structured and/or object-oriented programming techniques.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to continually prioritize as needed.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate key information in a timely manner to the appropriate stakeholder audience with the ability to adjust communication style that will best suit the audience.
  • Ability to earn trust and respect from peers, leadership, and stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Previous full MEAN Stack Development Experience
  • AWS and Github Actions Experience
  • Experience working within an Agile team environment.
