Requirements
- Candidates must be able to solve problems and stay calm under pressure.
- Must be able to meet and exceed expectations.
- Computer proficiency required
- strong typing skills and ability to leverage technology and resolve customer issues efficiently while notetaking/multitasking.
Skills
- Passion for providing a high level of customer service, including the ability to show empathy, active listening and patience.
- Communication

- Time management: Strong time management skills and being able to prioritize tasks. Must be able to meet and exceed expectations.
- These are hybrid positions that will require all employees to commute into our FreedomCare Colorado office 3 days per week.
