About the role
- Responsible for ensuring the consistent measurement of business performance which is faithful to how corporate performance is measured and fully loaded to align business direction with corporate profitability.
- This individual will provide effective challenge to the business' plans, initiatives and activities.
- Directing and coaching a dedicated team of finance and business intelligence professionals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and executive leadership on forward-looking scenario analysis, alternate strategy evaluation, and ad hoc analyses.
- Design and deliver financial and performance analytics in various forums (e.g., ALCO, BUR, Strategic Project Approval and Review Committee, New Product Committee, etc.).
- Lead and oversee build of account and/or relationship level profitability models along product, customer, and delivery channel dimensions.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, or related.
- 12+ Years in banking with at least 5 years spent leading a Mortgage/Banking Finance, Treasury or Capital Markets function.
- Prior experience with financial management and reporting systems ( e.g. PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Workday).
- Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings.
- Minimum experience required: 12+ Years in banking with at least 5 years spent leading a Mortgage/Banking Finance, Treasury or Capital Markets function.

Compensation
- $153,962.25 - $272,700.00
- Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
