Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead project planning by defining scope, developing detailed schedules, and establishing budgets in collaboration with clients, engineers, and executive leadership.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Operational Agility: Perform other related project and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and the ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- You will work with existing Project Managers, responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to final execution, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- The ideal candidate will have background in both construction management and electrical engineering.
- This role reports to the General Manager of the US Datacenter Business and requires close collaboration with our global teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
- Preferred Skills and Competencies Contract & Technical Comprehension: Thorough understanding of construction contracts, compliance regulations, and architectural/engineering drawings.
