Ensure a 5-star guest experience by leading a team that delivers spotless rooms and warm service.
Manage the department with confidence-handle staffing decisions, performance feedback, and disciplinary actions when needed (all with heart).
Partner with other departments to keep operations smooth, guests happy, and the laundry moving.

3+ years of hotel management experience - You know how to run a department without breaking a sweat (or a vacuum).
Flexibility and stamina - You're ready for whatever shift or task the day throws at you, and you can lift up to 50 lbs (towels are heavier than they look).
