About the role

Lead, Liquidity and Funding
This role will lead enterprise funding, liquidity management, regulatory capital, and balance sheet strategy, along with owning liquidity forecasting, funding facilities, executive liquidity reporting, and strategic treasury planning.

Own daily, weekly, monthly and stress-case liquidity forecasting.
Identify funding gaps and optimize corporate liquidity.
Lead execution and management of warehouse facilities and strategic funding arrangements.
Support long-term funding strategy.
Own Gemini's regulatory capital and liquidity framework.
Develop executive reporting on liquidity, capital and funding metrics.
Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance and Legal on capital planning.
Lead liquidity forecasting platform implementation.
Own regulatory capital framework development.
Drive treasury analytics, dashboarding and balance sheet initiatives.

Fintech or digital asset experience.
Knowledge of regulatory liquidity frameworks.
CTP, CFA or equivalent.

When determining a candidate's compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.

The base salary range for this role is between $112,000 - $160,000 in the State of New York.
