About the role

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience identifying bugs, validating features, and ensuring our digital experiences run smoothly for our users.
Thoroughly test features on both mobile and web platforms before and after launch to ensure successful implementation and optimal functionality.
Report any bugs or issues to the appropriate teams with detailed, actionable information and potential solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering to uphold quality standards.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3.5 cumulative GPA or higher (required for consideration).
Experience using qualitative and quantitative methods to understand customer needs.
Ability to translate product issues and needs into technical requirements.
Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required
candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.

Sezzle is seeking a talented and motivated Product Intern based in Canada who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ.

Familiarity with the basics of product management and agile methodologies.
Experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or introductory SQL knowledge.
Understanding of effective UX principles, gained through coursework or analysis of popular apps/websites.
Experience using agile project management tools such as Jira or the Atlassian suite.
