CoralTree is seeking a Director of Marketing to join our dynamic team supporting Palmilla, Main & Sky and Pioche Village.
This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in destination marketing, digital strategy, public relations, and brand storytelling.

The Director of Marketing will collaborate with property teams to elevate the brand presence, drive revenue growth, and enhance guest engagement.
Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each property's unique identity, audience, and market positioning, including an opening strategy for new assets.
Build and maintain brand awareness through cohesive storytelling across all platforms.
Develop and manage META and OTA marketing campaigns to optimize visibility and bookings.
Collaborate with digital agencies to maximize ROI and drive performance analytics.
Partner with social media resource to curate content calendars and grow engagement.
Develop influencer partnerships and itineraries to amplify brand reach.
Implement personalized guest engagement initiatives to increase loyalty and repeat visits.
Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and local partners to promote the.
Lead efforts to enhance owner communications and foster community relationships.

$110,000/yr. to $120,000/yr. + bonus
Create monthly reports and annual plans that strategically align to marketing goals.
