Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple agile development teams delivering applications across web services, containers, and serverless environments.
- Define and own the DevSecOps roadmap, standards, and best practices for the organization.
- Oversee the design and management of build, test, staging, and production environments across cloud and/or on‑prem infrastructure.
- Collaborate with security and development teams to ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop AWS trusted advisor recommendations and AWS engineering standards, so the customer has a unified approach to how it should be implemented.
- Manage pilot programs (completion-based contract pilot, AI implementation pilot)
- Lead ServiceNow workflow optimization for requirements management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
- 3+ years of experience leading multiple agile teams or acting as a release train engineer, delivery manager, or similar leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including automated security testing and compliance integration.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field.
- Experience implementing policy-as-code and security-as-code (e.g., OPA, Sentinel, Conftest).

- Serve as the primary point of contact for DevSecOps delivery, aligning teams, stakeholders, and leadership on priorities and progress.
- Architect and oversee implementation of multiple CI/CD pipelines supporting diverse applications and technologies.
- Standardize pipeline templates, reusable components, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) modules to enable consistency and reuse.
- Optimize build and deployment performance, reliability, and observability.
- These applications are hosted in AWS infrastructure, containers, and serverless platforms.

Compensation
- The likely salary range for this position is $179,812 - $243,276.
