About the role

2-4 years of progressive experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or FP&A
Strong understanding of software business metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, etc.) and familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition
Hands-on proficiency with AI tools - particularly Claude - and a genuine track record of building automations, agents, or analytical tools that improve speed, accuracy, or scale in a Finance context.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.

BS/MS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a STEM-related field
Deep financial modeling expertise - you can build a clean, auditable model from scratch across revenue, expenses, and headcount, and you know exactly why every assumption matters
Hands-on proficiency with AI tools - particularly Claude - and a genuine track record of building automations, agents, or analytical tools that improve speed, accuracy, or scale in a Finance context. This is not a nice-to-have
Strong communicator who can distill complexity for both financial and non-financial audiences, including senior leadership
Proactive, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a high-growth environment
A team player who holds themselves to a high bar and makes the people around them better
